One of my favorite things to do is watch the waves bubble and leap and froth, all beauty and chaos within a gently repeating rasp of sea breath, in and out. In this piece, I was especially taken by the spring greens where the light pierces the water, and the little nooks and shapes that the foam makes leading to and under the breaking waves.
12" x 12" oil on cradled wooden board, with a gallery edge (.75" deep)
Hang-ready, titled and signed on the back.
